Training Regimen

Happy Spring!..maybe? February 1 was St. Brigit’s day, the traditional first day of spring in Ireland. Unfortunately, spring has not yet hit New England. It’s too cold for my taste to go gallivanting around outside, at least not on a regular basis, so my training regimen has turned indoors. It’s a tredclimber (treadmill meets elliptical trainer) and yoga and belly dancing workouts (for core strength) for me!
